Theory study of the structure and function of the skin, common skin disorders, and scalp and hair disorders are included in the curriculum. Hands on instruction include providing facials and building customer relationships.
Theory courses are offered in combined Classroom and Clinic settings, so students may learn hair care by demonstration and experimentation with Instructor guidance. The Curriculum covers topics such as:
